The CWC year runs from September 1st to August 31st.
The registrations are accepted all the year long.
Registrations before March 31st are valid only for the current year

CHF 25.- for Ordinary Members
An Ordinary Member is any person with an official CERN access card.
In order to become a member of the CERN Welcome Club, you need to fill out the Registration Form and pay the annual subscription fee to our UBS account or during any « Coffee Morning »
CHF 35.- for Associate Members
An Associate Member is a person having no connection with CERN, but who is presented by a Club Member. They have to apply for a CERN access card every year.

To participate in activities and courses, please read the rules below:
Now that you are a member of the CERN Welcome Club, to participate in activities you must sign up with the group leader of the activity or course. You will find the coordinates under the heading Activities.
Lastly, you must pay the group leader of the activity directly. The fees are as follows:
Course fees :
1 hour : 8.- CHF
1h30 to 2h : 10.- CHF
Over to 2h : 12.- CHF
In case of absence, the group leader will provide a substitute teacher, or will replace or reimburse the missed course or courses. When a participant misses one or more courses, he or she should if possible inform the group leader, and may not request reimbursement - whatever the reason for the absence. No other sum of money may be asked of participants.

Important : Every member must be covered by personal accident insurance
We remind you that for all Club activities (indoors or outdoors), all participants are responsible for themselves, their own children and those who have been entrusted to them.
The Club declines all responsibility for damage to personal property, as well as traumatism or bodily harm to adults or children, be they Club members or not.
The Staff Association has insurance covering all of its clubs' premises and property (furnishings, computers, etc.), but not personal insurance /civil liability.
