By joining the CWC you are supporting the club, the associations we sponsor and helping to create a friendly environment to relax and enjoy cultural activities together.

o ORDINARY MEMBERS.  Membership fee CHF 25.- 

An Ordinary Member is any person with an official CERN access card.

In order to become a member of the CERN Welcome Club, you need to fill out the Registration Form and pay the annual subscription fee to our UBS account or during any « Coffee Morning »

o ASSOCIATE MEMBER. Membership fee CHF 35.- 

An Associate Member is a person having no official connection with CERN, must be presented by a Club Member, normally at a "coffee morning".

1) You need to fill out the Registration Form 

2) Pay the annual subscription fee to our UBS account or during any « Coffee Morning »

3) ask for a CERN Access card to the CERN access card responsible mnkienzle@gmail.com 

You have to ask for a renewal  of your CERN access card every year.

•  MEMBERS OF THE STAFF ASSOCIATION 

Staff Association Members pay CHF 15.-

You must be a registered member of the CWC to participate in our activities

If you have a Swiss bank account, you can use Twint to pay your membership fee directly online.You'll need to download the application to your smartphone.

2 - by bank transfer:  Pay the fee through the UBS bank to the CWC account:

Please mention: Subscription, your last name(s), first name, address, email (MANDATORY), nationality, and year of birth.

3 - cash during registration day on september or at monthly coffee mornings.

If you are an Associate Member:

You have to ask for a renewal of your  CERN access card to  the CERN Access card responsible mnkienzle@gmail.com  

Now that you are a member of the CERN Welcome Club, to participate in activities you must sign up with the group leader of the activity or course and made the arrangements for payment directly with them.

You will find the coordinates under the heading Activities.

Important : Every member must be covered by personal accident insurance 

We remind you that for all Club activities (indoors or outdoors), all participants are responsible for themselves, their own children and those who have been entrusted to them.

The Club declines all responsibility for damage to personal property, as well as traumatism or bodily harm to adults or children, be they Club members or not.

The Staff  Association has insurance covering all of its clubs' premises and property (furnishings, computers, etc.), but not personal insurance /civil liability.
